Creditors voted for assets to be sold after the business failed to sell by expression of interest in March.
Charles Stewart director Nick Adamson and agent Bernard Moloney are handling the sale of the two south-west sites.
Mr Adamson said they expected to receive expressions of interest for the two properties.
“Given they’re specialised sites, the inquiry level has been reasonably good,” Mr Adamson said.
“We don’t know whether we’ll sell it at this stage but the inquiry and the activity level has been reasonably sound.”
The Terang site at 59 Bend Road is on 10.18 acres. It boasts a brick office block, numerous A-frame sheds of sizes up to 40×16 metres, concrete loading bays, weighbridge and a timber treatment plant.
The Mumbannar site at 20 Palpara Settlement Road, which also has Princes Highway frontage, is on 26.8 acres. It includes a site office, numerous shedding up to 40×17 metres and a large hard stand area.
A spokesman for administrators PPB Advisory said there had been interest in the south-west properties, as well as one at Winchelsea, which will be auctioned on Saturday by agents Colliers International.
He said the Mount Edisar group had rented its remaining sites at Timboon and Bungaree earlier this year and they were not included in the sale process.
