Tigercat has appointed Ryan Petersen to the position of product support representative for New Zealand. Based in Porirua, just north of Wellington, Mr Petersen will provide after-sale technical and operational support to Tigercat’s customer base across New Zealand, with a focus on the lower north island region. Mr Petersen has many years’ experience in the trucking, earthmoving, gas, mining, and forestry sectors as a high level service technician, service supervisor and advanced service trainer. He previously worked for New Zealand Tigercat dealer, AB Equipment. As such, he has practical experience with the Tigercat product line.
“Ryan brings excellent hands-on technical and customer support skills to the Tigercat team,” said Glen Marley, Tigercat district manager for Australia and New Zealand.
“Ryan has experience that will help us support and grow Tigercat’s customer base along with existing Tigercat factory product support representatives Aaron Gregan and Warren Nolan in New Zealand. Ryan is a valuable addition to the support team, and we are very happy to have him onboard.”
Mr Petersen visited the Tigercat factory in July 2022 and has first-hand knowledge of how Tigercat cares for its customers in the field.
