Two valued members of Wesbeam’s senior team, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Trish Head and Marketing Director Denis Cullity, retired this week. Source: Timberbiz
Ms Head joined the company in 2004 as Financial Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in 2011.
She has provided the company with strong financial and corporate leadership, including during the very challenging times of the GFC and the Covid pandemic.
Mr Cullity has been with the company from inception in 2001.
He developed the company’s sales and marketing plans during our investment review process and then, upon commencement of operations in 2004, has been responsible for the implementation and development of the company’s sales and marketing structure and processes.
Mr Cullity’s contribution, capability and foresight has been instrumental the growth and success of the company and has led to the company an Australian leader in the supply of LVL and I Joists with high levels of customer service and technical support and with a full and innovative range of products.
Mr Cullity will continue as a director of Wesbeam.
Ms Briana Wills has accepted a promotion to the role of Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary.
Ms Wills has been an exceptional Financial Controller for the past six years and has excelled in leading our financial administration team in that period.
Peter Board has accepted a promotion to the new position of General Manager – Sales and Marketing.
He will assume the leadership of all sales and marketing initiatives Australia wide.
