NATALIE LOUDON is the new communications officer for A3P, the peak national body for Australia’s plantation products and paper industry.
She graduated in December 2007 from the University of Canberra with a degree in Journalism (majoring in Sociology and Social Policy) and had worked in the public service as a communications and project officer since January 2007.
Her appointment at A3P started in September.
Natalie said she had no prior connection to forestry or timber in any way “but I’m eager to learn”.
She said she didn’t play sports, but she was a keen watcher, “especially rugby union … and I love the ACT Brumbies”.
A3P Members employ more than 13,500 people in plantations, sawmills and paper manufacturing plants, mainly in rural and regional areas. A3P Members create and sell more than $4 billion of products, produce more than 12 million cubic metres of logs, 3 million cubic metres of sawn timber and more than 2 million tonnes of paper.
