Farm forestry research seminar

GROWING Healthy Forests, Farm Forestry Research Seminar, the DPI’s sixth seminar in its farm forestry research series will be held at DPI Attwood, 475 Mickleham Road, on 28 October.
This free seminar is an opportunity to hear the latest research in forest design and management for healthy, productive trees. The impact of pests, diseases and water availability will be discussed along with opportunities to boost nutrient availability and biological controls. Importantly, the seminar includes a situation update on the myrtle rust fungus.
