The courses are aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of forestry managers and contractors in some of the highest impact areas of the forestry business and presented by experts in their fields.
Subjects covered will include construction and maintenance of roads, management of contractors and costs.
The courses are run by Forme Consulting Group New Zealand.
The dates for Australia are:
- Albury: 01 to 02 August: Managing & Maintaining Forest Roads
- Albury: 03 to 04 August: Understanding Costing & Productivity
- Coffs Harbour: 04 to 05 August 2016: Managing productivity and costs in forestry operations
- Albany: 15 to 16 August 2016: Managing productivity and costs in forestry operations
The New Zealand courses are:
- 08-09 August: Rotorua: Managing & Maintaining Forest Roads
- 10-11 August: Rotorua: Understanding Costing & Productivity
- 11-12 August: Balclutha: Managing & Maintaining Forest Roads
