The FPC’s internal initiative was started when an FPC forester sent a photo of a blue tree that she regularly drove by and suggested that small, painted blue trees in each office could help raise the profile of mental health within the FPC.
Now small blue trees can be found in all FPC offices, encouraging staff to start conversations and remove stigma around mental health.
Our organisation is committed to creating a culture that embraces improved mental health and is very proud to support this initiative.
