The 2009 Gottstein Wood Science Course is to be held in Melbourne from 16 – 20 February.
A sound knowledge is needed to cope with the changing quality of raw materials and to satisfy stringent market demands and in a bid to achieve this, senior management needs to be aware of the broader, basic aspects of wood science and technology and the new techniques being introduced.
This Gottstein Trust Wood Science Course spanning five days has been planned to provide this information. The course will assist the decision-makers in the industry to gain greater understanding of changes in forestry and wood products that can be applied through their roles within the industry.
