In addition to the strong presence of European exhibitors, numerous companies from from China, India, Canada and the US, are represented.
Turkey will participate for the first time at INTERFORST in 2014.
The largest group of international exhibitors come from Austria, Italy, Sweden and Finland, followed by Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.
With around 450 exhibitors, INTERFORST 2014 will represent the entire spectrum in the areas of afforestation, forest care and forest protection, cropping and harvesting, wood energy and round timber depots.
Other topics of importance are timber transport vehicles, timber processing, woodland as conservation and recreation area, tree and countryside care as well as land use and communal land engineering.
INTERFORST also covers the areas of electronic data processing, information management and telecommunications in the forest as well as safety and health at work, first aid, information, advice and services.
