Forestry and timber specialist ITC boosts its Funds Management team with three more executives, each boasting at least 15 years industry experience, as the group ramps up its services for financial planning groups and advisers.
Earlier this month, the group appointed John Ntatsopoulos as key account manager. His appointment follows the recruitment in January of Michael Bryant as national product development manager and Gerard Bailey as regional sales manager based in New South Wales.
Ntatsopoulos has over 16 years experience in the financial services industry. He previously headed retail distribution at INVESCO and worked as general manager of Professional Investment Services in NZ.
“John has extensive experience within the financial services sector and in this difficult environment for planning groups will be able to assist them to provide quality advice to clients investing in this sector,” said George Hluchaniuk, national sales manager, ITC Funds Management.
Meanwhile, Bryant, who has more than 30 years industry experience, will lead ITC’s Product Development team. He previously held senior management roles at NAB, Great Southern and Timbercorp.
Fellow appointee Bailey, who boasts 20 years industry experience, previously worked at ANZ, BT Financial Group and Macquarie Bank.
“I am very pleased ITC has attracted such high calibre expertise to continue our growth and build on the relationships we have established with our financial adviser and planner communities,” said Linda Pickering, general manager, ITC Funds Management.
In December last year, ITC won the Department of Primary Industries Innovation Award. It’s the fourth consecutive year that the diversified forestry investments group was recognised in the Innovation category of the Victorian Association of Forest Industries (VAFI) Sustainability Awards.
