In response to numerous requests for a follow-up to the successful WoodSolutions English tour, it is calling for expressions of interest from design and construction professionals who would like to join a field trip, early in October 2015, to the Milan Expo and surrounding areas to investigate modern timber construction.
The tour is for seven days and it include two days at the Milan Expo, visits to CLT and glue lamination plants, significant building construction sites and landmark timber buildings.
The tour will be structured around opportunities to talk to the design teams and contractors working on innovative timber buildings.
Commencing in Milan and ending in Vienna, the land content of the seven-night tour is expected to be less than $3950.00 per person.
This includes Milan Expo entry, accommodation, all breakfasts, some lunches and dinners, all land travel and any other site access costs.
Limited to 25 places (50% filled already), the tour will not only be informative and inspiring but an excellent networking opportunity.
