MaskinLeverantörerna, the Swedish association of machine suppliers, is organising the Swedish Forestry Expo in Solvalla/Stockholm, a forestry machinery trade fair for the first time from 3 to 5 June 2021. The association emphasises that the fair is open to all manufacturers of machinery and equipment for professional forestry work and not just member companies of the association. The new forestry machinery fair is in competition with Elmia Wood, which is organised every four years by the Swedish trade fair organiser Elmia. The next Elmia Wood will be held from 2 to 5 June 2021, almost parallel to the new Swedish Forestry Expo.
Together with the German KWF conference, Elmia Wood is regarded as the largest worldwide demonstration trade fair for forestry machinery. At the latest Elmia Wood 2017, 55 exhibitors presented their products along the 7 km circuit. 131,000 m2 were available for the demonstration of forestry machines.
