According to OFO Ms Cotterill has deep understanding of the sector and is well respected in both the timber industry and the Green Triangle community.
In the new role, she will be responsible for developing strategies that create a more diverse workforce with a focus on youth and women.
She will also work to capture and transfer the extensive experience and knowledge of the company’s more seasoned people, maximising their impact and ongoing involvement in the sector. And finally, she will work within the company on ideas to improve the overall health and wellbeing of all employees.
