To ensure a smooth transition, Mr O’Keefe has been appointed to the role of CEO effective immediately, with Mr Tyson to act in an advisory role until 31 December.
Mr O’Keefe has been a crucial member of the Timberlink Executive Lead Team in the capacity of Chief Financial & Governance Officer for the last seven years and is well placed to ensure the delivery of the next stage of growth and strategy.
