PrefabAUS is holding a series of networking events in July called the Insiders series to give members a chance to network and keep informed on developments in the prefabrication/off-site sector. Source: Timberbiz
The events will be held in Melbourne at the ISIS Group Office on Wednesday 22 July with speakers:
- Mark Raphael from Melbourne University IMCRC
- Tuan Ngo from Melbourne University ARC for Prefabricated Housing
- Jan Gyrn from Modscape
- Daniel Morgan from ISIS
In Sydney the event will be at the University of Sydney on 30 July with speakers:
- Ken McBryde from HASSELL
- Caroline Pidcock from Origination/&U
Topics will include presentations on the recent announcement of the $4 million funding for Melbourne University to establish The Australian Research Council (ARC) Training Centre for Advanced Manufacturing of Prefabricated Housing.
In each state the event will run for 1.5 hours followed by light refreshments.
Tickets for the events are $45 for members and $65 for non-members.
