These are among the last remaining operational assets of failed Great Southern Group and are being advertised by Ferrier Hodgson.
Theyona is the larger of the two Douglas-Daly holdings and is 9400 hectares.
Offers are due by June 13, 2012 and can be made to Andrew Gray at Colliers or Angelo Castorina at Ferry Property.
Great Southern had as many as 45 managed investment scheme including these plantations, pulpwood and vineyards. The company was placed in administration owing its bankers around $600 million.
