The SkyBridge Michigan construction project, which will be built between the peaks of two popular ski runs. The “peak to peak” pedestrian bridge will be designed to get people nearly 120 feet off the ground, giving them a panoramic view of Boyne Valley.
It will connect with the resort’s paved trail system and will be open year-round. It’s expected to open next June.
This new attraction is modeled after the wildly successful Gatlinburg SkyBridge at sister property, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park in Tennessee, and is an even more sensational, architectural masterpiece with its timber-frame design, a nod to the logging heritage of Northern Michigan.
